Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of socks as personal hygiene items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive an item with a quality issue (such as damage, defects, or incorrect items), please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a reasonable solution.


Damages and Issues

If your item has any of the following issues:

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us at duyuantim@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:

  • Partial refund
  • Full refund
  • Replacement (reshipment)

Non-Eligible Situations

The following cases are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for refunds or compensation:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference (e.g., not as expected)
  • Minor thread ends or slight color differences within acceptable range

Refunds

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
